Dehydrated zucchini chips
Ingredients
- 5 Zucchini Safeway
Instructions
- No need to peel skins from the zucchini
- Cut into 1/8 inch slices
- Add salt
- Dehydrate at 125F for 12 hours
Notes
Cutting into smaller than 1/8 inch slices makes the chips too thin for snacks. 1/8th or 3/16ths makes a more substantial chip. You only need a small amount of salt.
I tried doing waffle cut but those didn’t really work as a chip – they got turned into powder.
